• has long time experience in advising and representing in courts businesses from various sectors through the law firm which she established in 1991. In particular she specializes in comprehensive advisory services to foreign investors as regards both commercial law and property investment, general principles of tax law, competition law, legal services to banks and foreign investment funds, advisory in privatization and restructuring processes, negotiations and drafting of trade contracts in such areas as, among others, pharmaceutical law; dispute resolution between parties through negotiations or mediation and, only when necessary, through court and arbitration proceedings.

• advises on property law (holds a state licence of a real estate agent), with particular focus on legal audits of real estate and on purchase and sales transactions, management, maintenance as well as restitution of property;
• author of numerous studies and articles in specialist press for lawyers, co-author of the handbook entitle "Restructuring in Europe";
• graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw; has also completed studies in American law at the Centre for American Law Studies organized in co-operation with the University of Florida;
